Booking Conditions
- Prices are in South African Rand.
- Rates may be subject to change at the owners
discretion.
- Rates are negotiable depending of the length of stay
and the number of guests.
- A 50% deposit is required to confirm a booking.
- Balance of payment is required 2 weeks prior to
arrival.
- A refundable breakages deposit of 1 night's rent is required on arrival, to be refunded subject to satisfactory property inspection. All breakages and damage must be paid for.
- No smoking, no pets
- In the event of premature departure we may charge for the full original booking. Cancellation 0 - 14 days before date of arrival, or no-show - visitor forfeits 100% of deposit paid. Cancellation 15 - 28 days before date of arrival - visitor forfeits 75% of deposit paid or 25% of full quote value (whichever greater). Cancellation 29+ days before date of arrival - visitor forfeits 50% of deposit paid or 25% of full quote value (whichever greater).
